My dedication to serving others goes beyond the accolades and accomplishments associated with my profession. What truly sets me apart is my unique perspective gained through personal experience. When I embarked on my medical career, I was fueled by a profound desire to make a difference. Despite being advised that doctors shouldn't reveal too much or share personal narratives with their patients, I ultimately decided to break free from these constraints. My own journey, marked by abuse, neglect, abandonment, concussions, career-ending sports injuries, and a life-threatening eating disorder, shaped my outlook on life. Through these hardships, I learned the importance of self-compassion, introspection, resilience, and the profound value of unconditional love. Driven by empathy, creativity, a rebellious spirit, and emotional intelligence, I realized that my approach did not align with the constraints of traditional medicine. Consequently, I bravely took a leap of faith. Now, I am privileged to foster equality, diversity, and acceptance, delivering innovative and non-judgmental mental health care to those seeking a fresh approach each and every day.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a commitment to understanding and meeting my clients at their current stage of life. By establishing a foundation of trust, I strive to prevent illness, explore the underlying factors behind their symptoms, and offer comprehensive mind, body, and soul medicine.
When it comes to my personal life, authenticity is my guiding principle. I am obsessed with yoga, embrace my free-spirited nature, nerdy inclinations, and insatiable desire for adventure. As a self-proclaimed dancing-queen and avid traveler, I find joy in exploring the world. Lastly, my cherished dog, Mr. Pappy Van Winkle and amazing friends continually inspire me and make my life more fulfilling.

XoXo,
Dr. Dusty
