In order to provide exceptional medical care I have chosen  to be an

out-of-network provider. This means that I don’t accept insurance or clients with Medicaid/Medicare as a primary or secondary payer source. I do provide super-bills/invoice/receipts for services rendered for insurance reimbursement.  

 

 

Clinic Fees:​

 

Medical/Therapy/Combination ​Visits: $200 - 350

Medication Refill/Sick Visit: $50 

Intensive Therapy Session(s): Day 1 (6-8 hours) $1,500, Day 2 (6 hours) $1,200
