In order to provide exceptional medical care I have chosen  to be an out-of-network provider. This means that I don’t accept insurance or clients with Medicaid/Medicare as a primary or secondary payer source. I do provide superbills/invoice/receipts for services rendered for insurance reimbursement.  

 

Clinic fees:

Telehealth (1 hour): $200 

 In-person (1.5 hours): $350 

Medication Refill/Sick Visit: $50

EMDR Therapy:

​

EMDR therapy stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I focus on eating disorders, childhood trauma, attachment, sexual assault, and other concerns. It is a highly effective therapeutic approach that can help with deep-rooted trauma. I offer something called an EMDR intensive, which entails longer sessions to address issues more efficiently. EMDR therapy is designed to provide lasting relief, with most clients only needing a few follow-up visits after the intensive sessions.

 

While the cost of EMDR therapy may seem high initially, the benefits are well worth it. I have personally seen remarkable changes in people's lives through EMDR therapy. Medication management is included with therapy appointments when appropriate.

 

My fees for EMDR are structured as follows:

Initial Consultation  (15 minutes): $50  (will be deducted from initial therapy session)

Individual EMDR Session:

1.5 hour session:  $350

3-hour session: $550  

 

EMDR Intensive:

Day 1 (6-8  hours): $1,500

Day 2 (6 hours): $1,200
